1940'S CHIPPEWA ENGINEER BOOTS

As usual, these aren't made with Horsehide leather as many sellers and overseas collectors would like us to believe.

Brand: Chippewa
Circa: 1940's
Color: Black
Size: 7 1/2
Measurements:
Length: 10 1/2"
Width: 4"
Soles/Heels: Leather
Leather: Oil Tanned COWHIDE
Hardware: Nickel, double brass shank rivets
Sold For: $1,026 / 16 Bids

Hands down, Chippewa made the best-looking Vintage Engineer Boots around. From the profile to the hardware to their choice of Cowhide leather, these are clearly in a league of their own.

Like a fine wine, these boots look better and better with age and are worth every single penny; however, be sure the hard-earned money spent on beauties like these are based on history, branding and style ... and not the false hopes that these were ever made with Horsehide leather.
